Account Deletion
We're sorry to see you go, but if you've decided to delete your Trackatail account, we're here to help you through the process. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities, and we want to ensure you have all the information you need to make this decision and carry it out smoothly.
How to Delete Your Account
- Compose an email: Open your email client and compose a email to us at support@trackatail.com
- Subject line: Please use "Account Deletion Request" as the subject line of your email.
- Include your account details: In the body of the email, please provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Your username (if applicable)
- A brief reason for your account deletion (optional, but helpful for us to improve our services)
- Send the email: Send the email to our email address
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your account deletion request, our support team will process it within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
Alternative ways
- You can also delete your account from our mobile app: Go to the settings section of the app, find the "Delete Account" option, and follow the prompts to delete your account. This will also initiate the deletion process, and you will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
